Quality at North West is regarded as an integral and essential component of every aspect of our business, and all our employees are trained, empowered and trusted to maintain our own, and our customer's demanding standards.

The Group is committed to a Quality Management System which fully satisfies our customers' requirements, and complies with AS/EN 9100:2001 Section 1 based on ISO 9001-2000. The Group seeks to constantly improve on the effectiveness of the QMS. This is achieved through encouraging initiatives from North West employees and actively seeking, and acting upon, customer feedback on our performance.
